Vodafone has introduced a new service aimed at businesses, named Vodafone Pulse Connect. The UK carrier describes it as a “first-of-its-kind converged and flexible solution for SMEs [Small and Medium Enterprises].”
Vodafone Pulse Connect is essentially a comprehensive bundle that encompasses a broadband connection, unlimited calls to UK mobile and landline numbers, Microsoft 365, and cloud calling tools. The package also emphasizes security, featuring Lookout Security for Small Business and Cisco Meraki Advanced Security to safeguard devices against phishing attacks, malware, and other threats. According to Vodafone’s press release, this all-in-one service is packaged conveniently with “just one monthly bill.”
Additionally, Vodafone offers a digital configurator tool that allows customers to create a customized Pulse Connect package tailored to their specific business needs. In keeping with the company’s commitment to flexibility, users can add services as necessary, which can result in further discounts and rewards.
Pulse Connect users also enjoy the flexibility of adding more lines or disconnecting up to 20% of mobile and collaboration users within any month without incurring recovery charges.
Currently, this new offering is exclusively for businesses.
